The children from Carbrooke Primary School gathered to place various items inside a Time Capsule which was then placed in the plinth. To name just a few, there was a home and lifestyle magazine, a remote control, a takeaway menu, a village magazine, a cd and a piece of lego! The children were then asked for their ideas about what the future might be like. Many children thought of things like flying cars and robot birds but one child thought that the brickwork might be wobbly by then. Not a lot of faith in my workmanship! Once I placed the Time Capsule in I sealed it inside and now we are just waiting for the restor
ed plough to be placed on top for the project to be complete.
